For 15 years Lynn Alice was a much valued member of
Ross Mitchell His Band And Singers.

Lynn featured on many of the Band's recordings and her
fine solo performances include 'Pata Pata' and 'Get Here'.
During the Band's travels to Australia, China, Hong Kong,
Denmark and other countries Lynn made many friends
with her natural approachable charm and personality.

Ross first met Lynn when she joined his group 28 years ago when
they were the resident band  at 'The Palais' in Ilford, she occasionally
left but always returned to continue to be a star attraction.

When 'The Band And Singers' was created she was an integral
part of its initial success.  In later years she also performed
with the recording group 'The Tornados', combining cabaret dates
with them as well as continuing to sing with Ross and the Band.

She will be deeply missed by colleagues, friends and many
other people who were touched by her voice, charm and charisma.
